YXL-150 Priority Valve

I. Core Positioning and Principle

Type: Load-sensing priority valve (static/dynamic signal), differential pressure reducing structure.

Core Function: Regardless of load or pump flow rate changes, prioritizes ensuring steering gear flow rate = steering wheel speed × steering gear displacement, preventing steering deviation and jamming; excess flow is automatically diverted to the working device (boom, bucket, etc.).

Oil Port Definitions:

P: Inlet (connects to steering pump)

CF: Primary Outlet (connects to steering gear)

EF: Secondary Outlet (connects to multi-way valve/working system)

LS: Load Sensing Port (connects to steering gear LS)

T: Return Port (connects to oil tank)

III. Structure and Features

Integrated valve core + spring + safety valve, compact structure, and fast response.

LS signal control: When the steering system is in motion, LS pressure pushes the valve core, prioritizing CF flow; when not steering, the valve core moves to the left, connecting P→EF, achieving dual-pump confluence.

Built-in steering safety valve: Automatically relieves pressure in case of steering overload, protecting the steering system and cylinder.

Internal/external control optional, adaptable to different system layouts.

Standardized installation: Plate/flange mounting, easy replacement with imported valves of the same specifications.
